The Guild’s Craft
Wickery creates the brand, label artwork, scent selection, and story surrounding each candle. Our Hearthlight collection uses soy wax and cotton wicks, with scent and size details listed on each product page. The fantasy is ours; the product details are stated plainly so you know exactly what you are ordering.
How Wickery Operates
Wickery.site is an independent Colorado-based online candle brand operated by Jeremy Criddle. Our candles are made to order and shipped by established third-party production and fulfillment partners. Wickery operates the storefront and remains your point of contact for purchases, order support, replacements, and refunds.
The Pact of Return
Because each candle is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Read our Refund and Returns Policy for the full process.
