- Order information: name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, phone number when provided, purchased items, and order communications.
- Account information: name, email address, saved addresses, and order history if you create an account.
- Payment information: payment providers process card and payment credentials. Wickery does not receive or store your complete card number.
- Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device information, cookies, pages viewed, referral source, and shopping or purchase events generated while using the site.

- Process, produce, ship, and support orders
- Send order, payment, shipping, and customer-service communications
- Prevent fraud and maintain account and website security

Production and Fulfillment
Wickery uses third-party production and fulfillment partners to make and ship made-to-order candles. We provide the name, shipping address, purchased items, and other order details necessary to complete the order. Wickery remains the customer’s point of contact for order support, replacements, and refunds.
Services That Receive Information
Information may be shared as necessary with WooCommerce and its hosting services; WooPayments and Stripe; Afterpay or Klarna when selected; production and fulfillment partners; shipping carriers; fraud-prevention and security providers; and the product-catalog integrations operated by Google, Microsoft, Pinterest, and TikTok. These services may set cookies or receive device, browser, page-view, shopping, and purchase-event information under their own privacy policies.
Wickery does not sell customers’ personal information. We do not rent customer lists or use customer information for unrelated email marketing.
Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies keep products in the cart, support account sign-in, help secure checkout, remember necessary preferences, and support the product-platform integrations described above. Browser settings can block or delete cookies, but doing so may prevent the cart, account, checkout, or other site features from working correctly.
Data Retention
We retain order and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, warranty, dispute, and legal purposes. Account information remains until the account is deleted, subject to records we must retain.
Your Choices
You may request a copy or correction of personal information associated with your account, or request deletion where retention is not legally required, by emailing info@wickery.site.
Children’s Privacy
Wickery.site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
