Business and Fulfillment
Wickery.site is an independent Colorado-based online candle store operated by Jeremy Criddle. Wickery operates the storefront and customer service. Products are made to order and shipped by third-party production and fulfillment partners.
Products and Pricing
We work to keep product descriptions, images, availability, and prices accurate. Minor variations in color, wax appearance, label placement, or scent character may occur in made-to-order products. Prices and availability may change without notice. If a material pricing or product-information error affects an order, we will contact the customer before fulfillment or cancel and refund the order.
Orders and Payment
Payment is due at checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, unavailable products, an invalid shipping address, or a material pricing or product error. A cancelled paid order will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping
Wickery currently ships within the United States. Production time, shipping charges, delivery estimates, tracking, address changes, and procedures for delayed or lost packages are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Returns, Damage, and Refunds
Because products are made to order, Wickery does not accept change-of-mind returns. Orders that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, and packages confirmed lost in transit, may qualify for replacement or refund. Requirements and deadlines are stated in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Product Use and Safety
Candles contain an open flame. Follow the safety instructions supplied with the product. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials; place them on a stable, heat-resistant surface; and discontinue use as directed on the product page or label. Wickery is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.
Website Use
You may not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content or checkout for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wickery is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or improper use of a product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
